MUTANDIS MAKES #9 IN TOP 25 LOCAL ALBUMS OF 2003:::: Jan 20.04.
Reviewer Cris Ramos of The Manila Times
places Mutatis Mutandis in the #9 spot on his list of 25
best local albums.
"9).
Acid 42, Mutatis Mutandis (self-produced). A versatile release that
captures the different textures and nuances of electronic music.
Proof that you can load up all the software and the hardware you
can find, but in electronica and any other musical genre, the most
state-of-the-art musical gadget is the human brain."

DIGITAL MEDIA FESTIVAL 2001 at UP Fine Arts College.:
Though the Festival focused on video-based and
web-based works, Lasay made room for audio with a live electronic
music session conducted by Lionel Zivan Valdellion (sic), online
content editor of Doubleslashmedia.com.
Valdellion illustrated the use of Acid42(sic),
a digital compositing program similar to Photoshop where an image
is composed by manipulating its various layers.
"The same is true for music," Lasay
said, "you have layers of music samples and then you just change
some of the variables like pitch and tempo and compile everything
into one audio file."
